What is GPCS4?
GPCS4 is an experimental PlayStation 4 emulator for PC, currently in early development. It aims to allow users to play PS4 games on their computers.
Which games are currently playable?
As GPCS4 is in early development, game compatibility is limited. Please check our compatibility list for the most up-to-date information on which games are currently playable.
Why is performance not optimal?
GPCS4 is still in early development stages. Emulating modern console hardware is complex and requires significant optimization. We're continuously working on improving performance.
Can I help with development?
Yes! GPCS4 is an open-source project, and we welcome contributions. You can contribute through our GitHub repository by submitting pull requests, reporting bugs, or improving documentation.
What are the system requirements?
GPCS4 requires a modern x86-64 CPU with AVX2 support, at least 8GB RAM, and a DirectX 12 or Vulkan compatible GPU. For the best experience, we recommend 16GB RAM and a modern GPU.
How do I report bugs or issues?
You can report bugs and issues through our GitHub repository's issue tracker. Please include detailed information about the problem and your system configuration.
Will GPCS4 support online play?
Online play is not currently supported and is not a priority during early development. We're focusing on basic game compatibility and performance first.
